- Lifetime Limited Warranty:
On all stationery basketball posts, all backboards and all basketball goals and aluminum materials against material failure and corrosion.
- 10 Year Limited Warranty:
On bike racks, volleyball standards, standard tennis posts, soccer goals, foul ball poles, football goalposts, backstop frames, steel bench frames, and park bollards. On all powder coat finishes. With the use of approved cleaning methods, the 500 series colors are guaranteed to allow removal of graffiti with virtually no change to the finish.
- 5 Year Limited Warranty:
On all grills against material failure. Damage caused from excessive fires and improper maintenance or cleaning is not covered.
- 3 Year Limited Warranty:
On Basketball Targets & Perimeters and all other LAS products not listed, including all hardware.
- 1 Year Limited Warranty:
HD Tennis Posts, and all nets and protective pads.
This warranty is valid only if the product has been subjected to normal use for the purpose in which it was designed; has not been subjected to vandalism, misuse, neglect, or accident; has not been subjected to addition or substitution of parts; and has not been modified or altered.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic items, for example, scratches, dents, marring, fading, discoloring, weathering, paint or decorations, normal wear and tear, or damage due to checking and warping.
The warranty period begins on the date of the invoice. It does not cover the cost of removing and/or installation or shipping of the replaced product. All claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. LA Steelcraft must be notified before any corrective action is taken and reserves the right to determine whether claims will be fulfilled by replacement or other means. Replacement parts are guaranteed for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Maintenance
We recommend that all hardware be checked at 12-18 month intervals and tightened as necessary to maintain safety and structural integrity. Cleaning of aluminum, powder coated, and galvanized surfaces may be done with a mild detergent and water. Abrasive cleaners and materials are not recommended.

SHIPMENTS
Normally, we will have your custom order on its way to you, or ready to pickup within 10 days of its receipt. On rare occasions, the manufacturing time can be as much as 21 days. Some items such as custom fabric awnings, shelters, and room enclosures may require 4-6 weeks.
DAMAGED OR SHORTAGE OF PACKAGES?
It’s imperative that the truck driver note this on the delivery receipt, then call us for a quick shipment of replacement parts. We will ask for an email with a noted delivery receipt.
RETURN GOODS
Most custom orders may not be returned. Call for information. We cannot accept merchandise for return without an RGA number.
NO RETURN PRIVILEGES WILL BE GRANTED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE INVOICE DATE. The goods must be in a perfect saleable condition upon return and return transportation charges fully paid. First, call us for an RGA number (have order information available). A 25% restocking fee will be charged.

FREIGHT COST
Freight quotes are good for 30 days from the original date. We strive to ship for the estimated freight shown, but due to large rate hikes, we must pass on actual freight costs at the time of shipment. **Estimated freight cost is to a commercial address as zoned by the shipping companies we use. Deliveries to Residential Addresses, schools, Military Bases, Construction Sites, Prisons, Nuclear Plants, Mines, Oil and Gas Fields, Summer Camps, and Other areas with limited access such as Apartments, Self Storage Facilities, Amusement Parks, Strip Malls, County Clubs, Social Clubs, Churches, Nursing Homes, Restaurants, Marinas and Farms result in additional charges. Lift gate deliveries and inside deliveries also result in additional fees.**
